Emotional eating workshop combined with the arts

"Emotional eating" is eating that has an emotional function, without which there is an illusion that it would be difficult to cope with the difficulties of life: a shaky security situation, boredom, fatigue, uncertainty, frustration, and more.

In the past two years, tension has continued to overflow, and the search for an escape or outlet is sometimes found in sweets, pastries, and snacks, which serve as a kind of outlet for frustration, difficulty, and pain, especially in our region.
This "solution" intensifies a struggle involving guilt, self-criticism, excess weight, illness, and low self-confidence.

The goal of the workshop is to disconnect the wiring between emotion and food.
Develop self-awareness, increase self-confidence, lose weight without dieting, increase peace of mind, and change in other areas.
There are structured steps (according to Yigal Raveh's method) that we experience through text, creation with material, improvisations, and more.

The duration of the workshop is 2 hours per session.

Number of sessions 8.
Private, one-on-one treatments are available.
