The Female Body | Emotional Eating | Self-Love | Compassion | Assertiveness | Trust
This workshop is intended for women and deals with the experience of empowerment through the encounter between the arts and the body, material, improvisation, and rhythm.
In the workshop, a space was built that included a combination of the "I" through an encounter with plastic art, movement, music, breathing exercises, and meditation.
This meeting leads to the development of tools for self-awareness, empowerment, and learning, and gives legitimacy to personal and emotional expression and acceptance of the other and the different within me.
The workshop is structured according to the needs of the client and usually deals with the following topics: the female body, emotional eating, developing creativity, compassion, love, sexuality, assertiveness, trust, and more.
